Woman alleges injuries from collapsed wall

A woman claims she was injured when a wall collapsed on her at Madison 66.

Lauren Spiroff filed a complaint in Madison County Circuit Court against Singh Petroleum Inc., doing business as Madison 66, alleging negligence.

Spiroff alleges in her complaint that she was at the defendant’s premises to shop and use the gambling machines. She claims that as she was sitting in the partitioned area, a wall collapsed and caused a metal support to strike her in the head and shoulder.
