Woman sues Dollar Tree Stores for Negligence Resulting in Slip and Fall Accident

In the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, a lawsuit has been filed by plaintiff Mayada S. Ayoub against Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. The case ID is 2024L002788 and was filed on March 14, 2024. The complaint alleges premises liability and negligence on part of the defendant.

Represented by Breen Goril Law, Ayoub claims that on September 14, 2022, she slipped and fell due to an accumulation of water on the floor at a Dollar Tree store located at 1965 Cherry Lane in Northbrook, Illinois. Ayoub is seeking judgment against Dollar Tree Stores, Inc., for damages in excess of $50,000 plus litigation costs. She claims to have sustained personal, permanent, and pecuniary injuries as a direct result of her fall.
