Woman alleges towed vehicle ‘wobbled,’ caused collision

A woman claims another motorist did not properly tie down a towed vehicle, causing a crash.

Christine Cho filed a complaint on June 18 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Billy J. Greer, alleging the driver did not exercise care while towing a vehicle.

According to the complaint, Cho was a passenger in a vehicle traveling westbound on Interstate 64 when the vehicle towed by Greer “wobbled” and hit the vehicle Cho was riding in.

She claims she sustained severe injuries and incurred medical expenses of approximately $20,000, the complaint states.

Cho requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of more than $50,000 plus costs. She is represented by John E. Tresslar in St. Louis.
